Nickname guidelines

Your nickname may appear in public rankings. It identifies your game profile; Sansu does not offer public posts or chat.

• Do not use profanity or vulgar insults, explicit sexual references or sexual exploitation, hateful slurs or dehumanization targeting a protected group, names praising violent hate organizations, or serious threats against people or groups.
• The same rules apply in every language, including deliberately disguised spellings that try to evade the checks.

Names are checked before saving. If your name is rejected, choose a different one. Checks can make mistakes.

To report an inappropriate nickname visible in rankings, use You → Feedback in the app or the operator email below. Include the displayed nickname and where you saw it; do not include private account details.

For your privacy, avoid putting email addresses, phone numbers or home addresses in your nickname.
