Your information

What do we store?

Privacy policy · September 21, 2026 · Operator: sansu@home

Your game name is a nickname.

We do not verify nicknames or Microsoft display names as your real-world identity. We do not require a phone number or home address, or receive your Microsoft password. Random IDs or a signed-in Microsoft account ID link your game records. These links manage records; they do not prove that an email sender owns them.

What is stored, and why

  • Profile: game name, chosen country, settings, language and time zone — to restore your profile and preferences.
  • Games: difficulty, score, board, answers and paths, bonuses and play times — for history, score verification and rankings. Game name, country, score and play time appear in public rankings.
  • Account links: random guest/installation IDs, authentication information and, when signed in, a Microsoft account ID — to identify and sync your records. We may use your Microsoft display name, not your phone's hardware serial number.
  • Usage: app launches, page changes, times, app version/platform, approximate IP-based region, feature and ad events — for statistics and improvements. No GPS; raw IP addresses are not stored in activity records.
  • Notifications: if enabled, delivery tokens/channels and settings — to send notifications.

Your device also keeps settings, sign-in sessions, cached puzzles, recent games, best scores and pending sync data. Online data is sent over HTTPS.

Ads, retention and your choices

Advertising and service providers

When ads are enabled, Google AdMob may process IP/approximate location, device/ad identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostics, using cookies or similar storage. Non-personalized ads still involve data processing. Required consent checks happen before ad requests; where available, use You → Ad privacy options to revisit choices. PG ratings and category blocks do not guarantee educational ads and are not an age-verification or parental-consent system.

Microsoft Azure hosts online services and storage. Proposed game names are sent to Azure AI for moderation; decisions and name/player/IP hashes support abuse prevention. Sign-in uses Microsoft; notifications use Apple, Google or Microsoft delivery services. Providers may process data outside your country and keep their own logs.

These pages contain no added advertising/analytics scripts or tracking cookies. Serving pages still involves network information.

Retention
  • Launch/page/presence records: excluded after one hour; cleanup attempted every five minutes.
  • Experiment events: expire after 30 days; removed periodically.
  • Profiles, games, rankings, installations and hashed abuse-control records do not currently have automatic expiration. Moderation cache expiry does not guarantee immediate deletion.

Outages can delay cleanup. Provider logs, backups and ad data have separate retention practices. Leaderboard resets and uninstalling do not delete server records.

Manage or delete your information

Edit your nickname/country, play without signing in, or disable notifications. You → Delete my data in the app erases your Sansu records on the server and this device. For Microsoft-linked records, you can also sign in with the same Microsoft account and delete on the web. Your Microsoft account is not deleted; minimal hashed anti-replay markers remain. Signing out alone does not delete server records.

The web deletion page uses essential sign-in/deletion scripts and temporary browser storage. Login tokens stay in page memory only and are cleared when you end the web session or finish deletion. Microsoft manages its own sign-in session. Guest records require credentials held by the app. An email address or nickname alone cannot establish record ownership for deletion.

Questions about this notice: . Emailing shares your address and message. Do not send passwords, login codes or tokens.
