Manage your records · sansu@home
Delete your Sansu data.
Sign in here to delete records linked to Microsoft. For guest records linked to your installation ID, use You → Delete my data in the app.
Records linked to Microsoft
Use the same Microsoft account you used in Sansu. Signing in here does not create a profile or delete any records.
Preparing sign-in…
Deletion cannot be undone. This removes the linked Sansu profile, games, rankings, notification registrations and linkable usage records. Your Microsoft account itself and local copies on other devices are not deleted.
Sign-in opens a new window; allow popups if blocked. Enter your password only on Microsoft's screen. This page collects no advertising or usage analytics.
What gets deleted
Sansu profiles and account links, saved games and rankings, notification registrations, and linkable activity/experiment records. Uninstalling, signing out or leaderboard resets do not delete server data.
Your Microsoft account and independently held ad-provider data are managed by those providers. If information must remain for security, legal requirements or backup handling, we explain what remains and why.
Delete in the app
In the latest app, open You → Delete my data and confirm permanent deletion. An internet connection is required. After the server confirms deletion, records on this device are cleared and you start as a new guest. If interrupted, retry in the app. Your Microsoft account itself is not deleted.
Local copies already held on other devices and independently held ad-provider data are separate. Minimal hashed security markers and deletion receipts remain to prevent reuse of erased credentials and restoration by stale requests.
Guests and email requests
A game name is a nickname, not verified identity. An email address or nickname alone cannot establish ownership of game records. Guest records not linked to Microsoft must be deleted using the authentication credentials held by the app.
Guests should keep the app until deletion is complete. If uninstalling loses your credentials, a nickname alone cannot recover or authorize deletion of those records. Do not email passwords, login codes, tokens or guest secrets.
